Lionesses (School Yrs 4-11) - Tue

Service Description

Lionesses is a group football training session available to girls in school years 4 to 11. If you already play in a team and want to improve your skills, this is for you. If you don't yet play in a team and want to learn the skills that will enable you to do so, this is also the session for you. Training sessions are held weekly, run by our experienced and welcoming coaches, in groups and are aimed at giving the girls all of the key skills that they will need to progress to our LGF Development sessions. The main focus of these sessions are technical skills on the ball, passing and movement skills and a range of physical skills such as speed and agility. Of course, a huge part of our LGF Lioness sessions is having FUN! So come along and start/continue your football journey with us. This session is only available on a monthly subscription. When you sign up to the monthly subscription the first week is a free trial. The session is on astroturf, trainers, astros or moulded studs are all suitable footwear. The girls will need a drink & shinpads.
